Hi,

In BC19 we have a new functionality when you can create PDF files, based in Word templates with a Business Central entity as datasource. This option generates an output ZIP file with these documents.

My idea would be the posibility of sending directly these documents by email, taking the email address from the customer, contact or vendor card.

Now we need to create the files and later we need to generate manually the emails. If we take advantage from the outbox email, we can send these emails directly.

Great Idea Roberto.
It will be very useful for us to send the pdf files by email, to the customers, vendors or contacts. If we cann't send the files by email It will not make sense this new functionality.
