Hi All!
I have one idea which is actually causing an issue in our project. We have few roles created for a different departments. There is only one user per department who can and who should manage the view of the profile using "Customize Pages" in a profile list.
Personalization of the profile is always disabled. And what has happend is that standard user cannot change width of the column. Instead of it they have to ask "key" user to extend the width "globally" in Customize Page action.
Would it be possible to Disable Personalization and still be able to resize a width of the columns?
Thanks!
Mateusz

I completely agree and so do my collegues. Resizing columns, arranging columns and saving personal filters should be possible apart from adding or deleting fields and culumns on pages. The adding and deleting fields and culumns on pages should be something you can allow to a few users.

In my opinion three things would be great to be able to control separate from adding, hiding reorganizing fields on page: - Resizing columns is basically a must- Adding personal filters is a must- Being able to rearrange columns in atable would be greatly appreciated Those are the things that our users keep asking about.

Not being able to resize columns has been extremely annoying as we have moved toward standardising layouts across roles! It would also be helpful to have the option to leave on the ability to bookmark pages and add filtered views when disabling personalisation.

Would be really helpful for us and our customers. The width of a column doesn't change the appearance of the customized site but would really help to smooth the workflow because you don't have to hover over the specific fields/columns where text is cut off.
