Currently when you create a campaign activity and you distribute it to a marketing list of contacts the "activity" record does not get a relationship to the contact. The regarding field is set to the Campaign, but it really needs two regarding fields so that a 360 view of contact activities is available.

Please add a relationship between the Campaign activity distributed and the contact record it is associated to
