I have a need to make changes in workflow functionalities in PDSApprovedVendorList and ProdJournalTable tables. Method canSubmitToWorkflow is not implemented in those tables, so chain of command cannot be applied and there is currently no events like this. Creation of these events would enable canSubmitToWorkflow method extending.
