Allow batch order (in Started status) to be updated through PowerApps

We try to using PowerApp to streamline the production process. However, once the Batch order status become started, system do NOT allow PowerApp to update some of the fields which is editable through FinOps directly. (eg. Product Name, or some customised fields)
