In Customer Service Workspace (CSW), when a user scrolls down in a Case or Queue Items list and opens a record, the record opens in a new session tab

However, when returning to the list view, the scroll position resets to the top of the list. The user must scroll down again to find the previous position and continue working.


Expected behavior:

The scroll position of the Case and/or Queue Items list should be preserved when opening and closing a record in a new session tab.

When the user returns to the list, it should remain at the same position as before opening the record.

This sounds like a feature request that should have been there from the start. I am fully on board with Mr. Hoffmann that this needs to be implemented ASAP
