The SO requirement date of the item ‘SO item1’ in company USMF is 11/3/2017. So a planned production order of ‘Prod1’ will be created. Then ‘Prod Item1’ is BOM component of ‘Prod1’. So, a planned purchase order (intercompany purchase order) is created, too. Because there is 2 days purchase lead time defined for item Prod Item1’ in company USMF. So the planned purchase order (intercompany purchase order) should be ordered on 11/1/2017. However, if you check the net requirement of the item ‘Prod Item1’, the requirement date is 11/3/2017. I cannot say it’s incorrect. But this requirement date does influence the planned production in company DEMF. Item ‘Prod Item1’ is a production item. After the intercompany planned purchase order created in company USMF, a planned production order in company DEMF is created. It doesn’t use the order date (11/1/2017) of the planned purchase order in USMF but use the requirement date (11/3/2017). So the delivery date of the planned production order in company DEMF is 11/3/2017. This is not correct.

Please add a featuer to meet the requirement of the planned purchase order, and respect the purchase lead time.
