Muti-select is one of the most commonly used feature for most of the forms showing the grid based record and having it enabled by default or at least an option to see it by default on the desired form, can really minimize the number of clicks to use this feature and at the same this simple and small improvement can lift the usability experience to great new level.

At the moment, it requires user to click 'Select more' from the context menu to enable it and the system does not remember this preference and every time we open the form, it requires to enable it over and again.
