You have recently made changes around the TB, the Aged Payables and Aged Receivables taking away existing reports that have been working well.

I don't understand why you want to change something that is not broken.

Users of the AP and AR reports are usually not financial analysts and in my experience don't have the excel or powerbi skills to implement the proposed ways of working.

The changes you are making are not enhancements - you are actually taking functionality from the product that Customers signed up for.

I think that you should leave well enough alone.
