Current behavior (by design):

At the moment, the Schedule Board only displays appointments based on the case owner or the primary resource selected. This behavior is working as designed.

User challenge:

In real operational scenarios, appointments often involve multiple attendees (for example: technicians, supervisors, or supporting staff). However, these attendees:

Can not see the appointment context clearly on the Schedule Board

Can not always receive timely notifications related to the appointment

As a result, important appointment information may not be communicated effectively to all involved parties.

Proposed enhancement:

We would like to suggest enhancing the Schedule Board and appointment behavior so that:

Appointments can optionally display attendee information, not only the case owner or primary resource

Attendees associated with the appointment can receive notifications or updates, ensuring everyone is informed in a timely manner

Business value:

This enhancement would improve coordination, transparency, and communication across teams, especially in scenarios where multiple people are involved in handling the same case or service activity.

Summary:

While the current behavior is by design, enabling attendee visibility and notifications would better align the product with real‑world collaboration and scheduling needs.
