Having been involved in Field Service projects i have been asked by customers about Interactive Service for their new deployments but at the moment we are not able to give this as an option due to Bookable Resource Bookings not being allowed.


This for me will limit the uptake on ISH for any Field Service Customers, But by allowing it bring a new dimension to ISH and Field Services

We are not considering the suggestion at this time,  as ISH is replaced Customer Service Hub and also there is Unified Interface application available for Field Service.
