We are a BC end customer and have many many customers and vendors to whom we invoice them or they invoice us a series of fixed concepts month by month.
The typical case is that of both Sales and Purchase Rentals, where some months we need to include o exclude some additional lines with some expenses but others are perpetual.
We need a system of "Periodic Billing Templates" for both Sales and Purchases similar to "Blanket Orders" to generate Registered Bills directly without deleting the Template Pre-Document.
In addition, it would be important that the Line Descriptions support wildcards such as %1 %2 .. %9 to be replaced at posting time with variable information such as the current MONTH, YEAR, etc. (extracted from Posting or Document Date)
Example:
'Rental of %1 %2' would be converted to 'Rental of Sep. 2019' at posting time.
