At the moment, Customer Service's Email template menu is not able to:
- Display the full name of a template (if it's too long)
- The search behavior searches for the prompt across the title, description, subject, and body fields. This is largely because the email template body is stored in HTML format, and any keywords supported within the HTML content may be returned in the search results.
Therefore, I propose a way for the user to customer to:
- Configure the Email template menu to using the Sales Hub version of the template menu.
- Only searches for the prompt in the template's name
