Expand System Indicators

A while a go the "System indicators" were introduced in BC (Similar to what we had in NAV) however the indicator has a limit of 4 characters.
I request that this field is expanded.

Minimum preferred solution would be to just expand the amount of characters.

More advanced preferred solution would be to be able to generate standard indicators based on company name or environment (similar to NAV).

Business Central Team (administrator)

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have delivered this idea as part of Business Central 2022 release wave 2.  
From version 21 of Business Central, admins can apply up to 6 characters as the company badge. We do not plan to increase this further, otherwise it departs from the idea of it being a badge at all. The badge is now given additional visibility, discoverability, reachability, and greater visual cue by moving to the Business Central header (app bar) and is also visible in the new Company Switcher.


Other improvements to the Company Badge may be planned for later that wave.
