The banner that is shown to colleagues and managers uses years of service based on employment start date only, it would be great if you had an option in settings that you could choose between 'Employment start date' or 'Seniority date' as this date is more relevant to managers when looking at service history. It can be found but involves another step for the manager therefore if clients had the option to configure we could make the data more easily available
