Currently, Synapse Link lacks the ability to capture all data changes made in the ERP system. Even when configured for 'In Place' or 'Append Only' modes, it fails to retain all modifications.

During testing, we observed that when users made rapid successive changes to a record—within the Synapse Link sync interval—some intermediary changes were captured along with the final committed record, but most were lost. Additionally, in cases where two users updated a record simultaneously, only one change was retained, capturing the details of one user while losing the other’s modifications.

In contrast, Synapse Link replaces 'Export to ADLS', which previously supported real-time data exports and reliably captured all changes made to a record.
