add mass notification features to broadcast message to a list of contacts through different channels ie. sms, email, phone and receive a reply to update crm.


use case: send notifications to list of volunteers asking about their availability for a job assignment during a disaster event. allow them to respond back yes/no through sms, phone, email and update CRM project/field service schedule

Thanks for submitting the idea. This is certainly an interesting feature however currently this is not in our Field Service roadmap. However, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future. In general you could create campaigns with Dynamics 365 Marketing app for such functionality: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/overview. We’ll also check with other Dynamics 365 app teams to see if they have any alternatives or workaround that you could use in the meantime.
