When a user goes to the delivery methods view in CPOS/MPOS, there is no visual feedback to show that the delivery methods are loading or not. Additionally, if there is no destination address, there is no feedback to let the user know that there are inputs missing. I would recommend adding another loading symbol when waiting to get the delivery methods from the GetDeliveryOptionsRequest.
