Text Box in Notes is Small (in on-prem 9.1.x UI)
Summary: Users are unable to view their full response when adding updates to the Notes field.
Suggest Fix: Expand the notes so that users can view their entire response in the text field. Size of text field should change with the length of the response (as it had with the prior UI).

Is having a scroll bar not helpful to see notes using the scroll bar? Please let us know what the pain point is.
