Allow reservation hierarchy to shift Inventory status below for the same item, allowing for ad-hoc reservation of specific stock

In the "What's new" note of July 2017 release you was noticed: 


For the next major release, the following features are currently planned and more will be added to this list:



  • Allow reservation hierarchy to shift from batch below to batch above for the same item, allowing for ad-hoc reservation of specific batches.



It will be logic to do that also for Inventory statuses in order to give agility of Warehouse Management hierarchy reservation.

It is very important and urgent that this be done for the lot. Likewise, for the new dimensions of the custom track provided in D365FO.

It is not possible to add more votes to idea, as it is under review.
I would still like this as a feature.
