It would be nice to future enhance the sales order entry lines to display the item customer recent purchase and returns history from a default period range. Not having this option the user may additionally process inquiries and reports for purpose of upsell, purchase quantity confirmation, purchase price and discount verification.

Alternative the user could process inquiries from invoice journals, from trade agreements, rebates and from the customer master record.
