As soon as you use the Navigation hierarchy in the POS you are brought to a view of All Categories. After clicking on one of the categories, the form brings you to a view of all the products underneath the selected category node, including products under other sub-category nodes. In many instances, a Retailer would prefer that it defaults to sub-categories over products to be able to interactively get to the right smaller group of products.
Making this a parameter setting in HQ would be awesome!!
