As soon as you use the Navigation hierarchy in the POS you are brought to a view of All Categories. After clicking on one of the categories, the form brings you to a view of all the products underneath the selected category node, including products under other sub-category nodes. In many instances, a Retailer would prefer that it defaults to sub-categories over products to be able to interactively get to the right smaller group of products.
Making this a parameter setting in HQ would be awesome!!

I have the same experience when implementing the POS. Having the subcategories would be way better. Just make it configurable.

I completely agree with this because our hierarchy is many levels deep and only contain products at the leaf-level of the hierarchy. When navigating done the categories, the default "product" page shown is blank instead of showing categories. An alternative could be to just show the categories above the products all on the same page.
