An email sent to multiple recipients (users/queues) should create multiple instances of the email. (Currently it creates only one record and shares with the recipients)

Reason:
Customers tend to send emails to multiple recipients in a company.
As we have a very strict access control regime, an email owned by one team/user should not be available to other users other than the owner/BU.

There are also different workflow handling of emails on different queues. Uncertain ownership may lead to uncertain behaviour.

If we hade multiple copies, each record could live each own lifecycle (as in Outlook).

Please note that this "bug/design" has existed in all past and present versions of CRM and probably will stay for a while in future versions of CRM as well (looking at the past progress of important design issues in Microsoft, for e.g. this one: https://connect.microsoft.com/dynamicssuggestions/feedback/details/2584600/email-editor-lacking-most-features-expected-and-required-by-customers (OR) https://connect.microsoft.com/dynamicssuggestions/Feedback/Details/678568

Do not add this. This would clog the system with redundant emails. Just one copy is fine.
