It would be great if Microsoft Invoicing within Business Central was tied into Outlook Customer Manager so that every time an estimate is created in Invoicing, Outlook Customer Manager automatically creates a deal associated with the recipient and company for which the estimate is created.

Thank you for your feedback. We are not considering the suggestion at this time due to the following reason: as it was announced on November 8th 2019, both Outlook Customer Manager and Microsoft Invoicing features will be retired from the Office 365 Business Premium, Microsoft 365 Business subscription, or the Business Apps add-on.
