With the upcoming deprecation of the Outlook CRM Add-in, many customers will be impacted by the lack of offline capability in the current App for Outlook. It is a key differentiator for us when competing with Salesforce and a critical capability for many enterprise customers who require the ability to work in locations without internet access and/or with users who fly frequently. The Mobile App does not currently provide sufficient offline access and loss of this functionality is just not optional.
