When trying to delete a personal record template, you have to select delete multiple times, before the record is deleted. Microsoft has classified this as a bug.

Scenario:

• Go to product information management->products->released products.
• In template->create personal template ->give name-> click ok.
• Go to settings ->user options->usage data->record templates
• Select the record and try to delete, it is not getting deleted, customer needs to press delete multiple times for it to get deleted or need to reset usage data to delete it.

This issue is facing in multiple sandbox environments at platform 10.0.37 and 10.0.36 and 10.0.38
