- Add a side by side set of grids that shows which fields are in the view and which are not and allow arrows in between and drag/drop to be able to add/remove efficiently. Also allow multiple select of records on either side for inclusion or exclusion.

Currently mass removing is not possible.
Currently when your adding you don't see the ones that are already added and for someone new it maybe confusing why they don't see columns that are already added. The side by side list view would be much more intuitive.
