When ever a list page is opened or activated from leaving another page, the search box for the list (upper left search) should be made visible and the text box have focus set to it. It seems that a majority of the time, when people go to a list page, the first thing they do is search for a record. It would also be nice to set focus to the search box after a filter is applied from the dropdown list of views.
