Multiple Resources should be able to Assign across Schedule board not as Crew

Schedule board should allow Multiple resources to be assigned to one Work order through Schedule board where a group leader should be able to be assigned to perform the action, Creating crews for around 100 users and 100 vehicles is a difficult task.
