Currently, in a Customer Journey, an Audience is selected. This audience consists of Segments. To make the opt-in process secure, the Segment always needs to have a condition to include that the Contact is on a Subscription List. If the User forgets to do this, the Subscription List is not respected and Contacts will receive emails that have not opted in for a Subscription List!


Solution:


We want the option to have a lookup to the Subscription Lists on the Summary tab as general setting so that the targeted Contacts are always checked against the membership of the selected Subscription List.
