Currently when using server side sync, it is possible to sync Service Activities, however, when using the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook on the Calendar appointment, it just says "appointment is tracked" and has no link to the related record in Dynamics 365. There needs to be a link, just like for tracked emails, to the record in Dynamics 365 and can be opened in a browser in 1 click.
