Currently real-time email interactions (opens, clicks etc) to contacts are only displayed on the contact timeline and insights tab - they aren't shown on the parent account.

It would be much more useful to sales team to have this rolled-up to the parent account so they have an overview of which contacts are interacting without having to click into each separate contact to view this information.


The same applies to Leads - when a lead is linked to a parent contact or account, it would be helpful if those interactions were rolled up to the parent contact/account.

So with standard activities and notes against a contact also rolls up to the timeline in accounts. The interaction data in timeline for contact receiving, opening or clicking on emails appears in the timeline of the contact only and does not roll up to the account....
