Enable Swarm Reporting to capture Swarm participation metrics such as:
•Swarm Creation Rate (as compared to overall Case volume)
•Participation in Swarm Chat (as percentage of participants added to Swarm chat)
•Participant assignments (who has been assigned, who has accepted request)
