There is nothing that identifies a [Show under "Show More"] field in personalization mode currently, nor which fields are excluded from Quick Entry. It would be very handy to have a visual identifier which shows which fields these are. My current workaround is to either take a screenshot of the page in the "Show Less" mode as a reference, or to keep switching between Show More and Show Less.
