Imagine a big production floor and something is or went wrong. For example shortage of materials / scrap materials / wrong materials delivered.
It would be nice to be able to report the issue and continue working.
It could be and option to use CASE MANGEMENT for that.
In this way the production employee can continue working and the Production Supervisor receive an notification with details of what is going wrong. The Production Supervisor can take the appropriate action.
