Currently, it is possible to schedule a package deployment to a Production environment using the current date and time. This results in an immediate deployment to the environment, in which there is no opportunity to cancel if this was unintended. This could result in outages to production environments during unintended windows, and cause loss of business and other financial impacts.

It would be beneficial to limit scheduled deployments to a minimum of X minutes in the future (5, 10?) to ensure the environment does not get placed in Servicing mode immediately.

The user could then react to the mistake and click the Cancel update button.
