As it is today organizations with a global HR masterdata setup face some issues regarding the timestamps in the emploment and senority fields on the worker form (possibly more). The issue occurs when the company have a masterdata department in different timezones. Eg. in DK (GMT+1) and UK (GMT(+0)). So if an employee in DK creates a worker with senority date: 01/01/2019 00:00:00, then when the UK employee looks up this worker, the senority date will be 31/12/2018 23:00:00. Due to this eg. bonus calculations can be tricky when calculated on the basis of senority dates or employment dates. The suggestion is therefor to change these fields to only contain dates and no timestamps.
