1. Login to Dynamics 365
2. Go to Sales -> Contacts -> Open a contact record
3. Click on 'Email' field which has the Primary Email address populated.
4. A new outlook window would pop-up with the Contact record Email address in the 'To' field.
5. On the Outlook ribbon -> Click on "Dynamics 365"
6. It shows as 'Unknown recipient' on the Right Side Pane.

Currently we have the resolution below, however in future major release we need new contacts to resolve automatically - "

When the new email window opens up in Outlook, do 'Ctrl + k' in TO line, it would resolve the Email address of the Contact --->  then click 'Dynamics 365 button'"
