In the old Outlook AddIn “Dynamics 365”, the tracking of emails for a conversation could be switched off again. This meant that further replies within this conversation were no longer tracked automatically. 

This function is no longer available in the new “Copilot for Sales” AddIn. Once tracking has been activated for a conversation, only individual emails can be deleted again, but subsequent replies will continue to be tracked automatically. 


It is desired that tracking can also be switched off via the “Copilot for Sales”.
