When a user creates a counting journal using a mobile device menu item with the Work Creation Process of either “Adjustment in” or “Adjustment out” D365 creates a counting journal with a single line. The line has the site and warehouse populated but the header of the journal does not. This means that the business cannot review within D365 the adjustments made to their warehouse. We have 150+ retail stores using warehouses as their stock room and the user is unable to identify the counting journals that belong to their store. For our business this has prevented them from using this feature on the WMS App and instead they are manually creating journals in D365 which means they cannot make these adjustments on the fly as they physically move through the warehouse, but instead have to write down the adjustments to be made and then go to a desktop computer to make the adjustments.
