When a guest subscribes to an Event, we ask some questions like "should we organize a transport for you", "are you vegetarian", Do you want Menue 1 or Menue 2etc. When the guest successfully submits his registration form, we confirm his subscription with an automated marketing E-Mail. In this Email we confirm his registration and that he gets further informations in the next days. What we further want is to be able: - again show him our questions asked and what he answered - Print the answers on his badge (i.E. "Your Meal choice was: Nr2")
