In work item instruction for PR workflow, we used weblink as a placeholder so that on receiving an email notification to approve workflow; a link should help to connect the page where he needs to approve the PR. When the respective page opens for approval, the user can see system language as well.

Once a workflow work item is received by the approver and click on the workflow button system language is displayed instead of a web link.
