The new Role Explorer has a new transparency effect by design. It is highlighting the overlay nature of the Role Explorer screen.

This effect confuses a lot of users and gives the impression there's an issue with the Role Explorer page rendering / screen resolution etc. It would be a lot more clear if the background was just plain and simple without the fancy transparancy.
