Aptos was made the default font in Office applications across the Microsoft 365 product family in 2023. When writing emails in Outlook, it is the default font.
When writing emails in Dynamics 365 Sales or model-driven Power Apps, Aptos is not available as a font to choose. This creates incosistency between the Outlook experience and the Dynamics 365 / Power Apps experience. Please harmonize font availability across these different Microsoft products to at least support the default from Office side.

2 years after Microsoft 365 apps got Aptos as the default font, it still isn't even available on Dynamics 365 or Power Apps.Which, to be honest, is totally in line with how the silos at Microsoft work.

Even better would be to support custom fonts so customers can align with their corporate branding. Especially important for enterprise customers.
