It would be great if absence, compensation and benefits could be enhanced with an option to make it positions based (i.e. linked to a position rather than an employee) to enable multi-post contracts. For the public sector in the UK it is common to have employees with multiple contracts, so absence, compensation and benefits are linked to their positions (the have holiday and sick for each position, a salary for each position and benefits specific to each position).
