In the interest of user-compatibility and wanting customers to be able to customize the environment to whatever business process they currently use (or could think of as their business evolves) it would be a nice feature to be able to select specific tiles, buttons, actions, etc. to trigger a workflow (outside of the provided/standard list). That would help Microsoft better accommodate the user requirements for any companies trying to use the system.
