When I signed into CRM/365 Ideas for the first time I did so with the same Microsoft Account (MSA) that I had used for the public (and preview) Connect sites. However, it prompted me for new profile details and now all my previous issues/comments and items I was following now appear to have been orphaned from my account.
Please ensure users are still able to follow the issues important to them from the old public connect site.
I am also unable to email the email@example.com email address (NDR received back "The group crmideas isn't set up to receive messages from <my_MSA_primary_email_address>"). Hence the post here - I don't know if this is related.
