The Customer Journey should not start the next step until the stored workflow has run successfully.
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. We use a customer journey to set the Bulk E-Mail to Allow field and then send an e-mail to the contact. Unfortunately the workflow is not fast enough and the e-mail is not sent. because of contact preferences. However, it would take too long to add a step of one hour.
