There is no way to stopping copilot auto expanding on the side pannel on load. This is frustrating for most of the users who do not need to use this feature, but still use the CRM.

If you are using Customer Service Hub, you cannot control Copilot behavior.Many people still use Customer Service Hub if they do not require the chat features in Customer Service Workspace.

I came here to upvote this. While the Teams integration stays nicely minimized on the side dock, Copilot insists on opening.As a result, I had to take copilot away from ALL my users because having it pop up and take up 1/3 of the screen was extremely irritating for my customers. Please do this as soon as possible (make it work like Teams integration).

Hi there, you should be able to set Copilot to not expand automatically in the Agent Experience Profiles. Are you not able to do so?
