When downloading a report from Power Platform Admin Center under Licenses > Capacity Add-on, the UserId in the output file is displayed as an Object ID.

However, in actual administrative tasks, it is difficult to identify users based solely on Object IDs. It would be more convenient if we could verify users by their names.

Therefore, we expect an enhancement that allows UserId to be displayed as user-friendly information such as usernames when exporting reports.
